Emotional Superintelligence

We need to stop fearing that AI will take over our jobs.

Thinking deeply about the cultural and societal changes that AI bring, and that term "Superintelligence" and our obsession with it brings what is most important in my view for human success.

"Super Emotional Intelligence".

When I think of what makes successful founders, leaders, executives successful, is not the fact that they could solve a really complex math problem quicker, and it's not the fact that they could memorize 80 pages by heart.

It's their EQ rather than IQ, and the combination of those. Someone with high IQ and no ability to communicate, or engage effectively with other people will not make it in business, government and academia.

This is our competitive advantage over AI, and we should not forget it.

Our ability to understand that, and use AI to give room for humans to develop and grow their ability to focus on human interaction, soft skills, listening to others, empathize while enhancing our cognitive and analytical performance with artificial intelligence will make us super humans and our society much better.

AI will not take your job, since it does not have emotional intelligence, you do.
